Rooms were very nice, the beds were the most comfortable that we slept in during the entire trip. The staff were helpful and the shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent. The entire family enjoyed the stay!

Stayed for four nights,dogs barking one night and baby crying the next night. It's very noise and needs a good remodel inside&outside. I traveled on business for 40 years and this was one of my worse hotel stays.

This location is new to the the travel agency family and it was not up to speed on its services, yet. The front staff was lackadaisical. There WAS no computer available for guests--to print maps or boarding passes. The location was hard to find and not listed correctly on the map. And there was no continental breakfast or restaurant on site. There WAS a laundry for guest use that was clean and convenient. The rooms were large.

The hotel was clean and quiet but there was some lingering construction debree. There was no guide for the TV and the front desk staff couldn't seem to help other than to ask me to come down and read the guide that they keep in the lounge. The restaurant was closed because one staff person called in sick. I ordered food from the bar to take to my room, the food wasn't very good nor was it what was described on the menu.

Stayed one night in early February 2010 to be able to get to airport for early morning flight. Staff were very friendly and the 24 hour shuttle was important as I dropped car off at airport at 10pm and took shuttle from airport to hotel at night and back to airport at 8am next morning. All worked out well. Room was fine for quick one night stay. We stayed on ground floor in back building which was okay as I was traveling with my 17 year old son. Shower head was very low which made washing my hair difficult and I am only 5 ft. 6 inches tall. We didn't eat at restaurant next door but would stay again at this hotel because the rate was very good, location to airport excellent, and food available without having to go elsewhere.
